The Rick Noserider Fin

This is one of my favorite fins of all time, the Rick noserider fin by Fiber Glass Fin Co. What’s to love? Plenty of lift, plenty of base, and just enough sweep to keep the glide going, that’s what. A classic fin template that has remained useful, providing the rider with plenty of stoke and ton’s of tip time. I put this fin on several of my models, the 4065, Thing, and the El Cadejo too.

A fresh batch of fins came in and they're pretty tasty!!

The red D fins are ones that Mr. Davenport designed himself. They were inspired by the fin from a 1963 Con pig. There are a couple of them and the plan is to use them in a few upcoming pigs that are in the works. It may look a little unfinished in the picture but that’s because the plan is to glass it in and foil it which is only proper for any polished pig. The center is black and the outside is red so it should look killer once the foiling is all done.




Below is a one-off Rick Noserider fin. It 10"+ and will make a will soon fin its home in an upcoming board.
